I admit however, that it was an ommission on my part; but a trifling one and when it is borne in mind that the rules, which the Postmaster General handed to me, filled six pages of foolscap paper and that in addition to these I had to keep myself well versed in those Rules and Regulations appearing from time to time in the Instruction Book. I may here remark that, in the. Printed Instruction Book, there are 292 Instructions; in the written Instruction Book, or rather Order Book, there are 72:- when the above is fully Considered this slight omission on my part, was not to be wondered at and I therefore trust that you will kindly consider there facts.
